Hawaii Reserves, Inc. (HRI) manages over 6,000 acres of land and numerous properties affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which are located primarily in the town of Laie, on the north shore of the island of Oahu.

HRI’s management responsibilities include the Laie Shopping Center, several commercial properties, various residential units, the Laie Cemetery, farm and mauka properties, the Hukilau Beach Park & Campgrounds, as well as subsidiaries Laie Water Company and Laie Treatment Works. Additionally, HRI manages the common-area infrastructure and most of the streets and street lights in Laie. By ordinance, all traffic and parking enforcement in Laie is under the jurisdiction of the City & County of Honolulu. For Laie roadway safety, traffic or parking concerns, please call the Honolulu Police Department (911); for abandoned vehicles, please call the City’s Customer Service Department at (808) 768-2530.
